Reducing blood pressure:There is a danger that many people are dealing with and most of them don't even have an idea that they are dealing with it. Perhaps you can have a salad before you eat every meal while you may be able to carry around a piece of fruit as a snack in the middle of the morning or mid-afternoon. Provided you work on this regularly and continue to have these healthy foods in your diet, you will naturally drop weight and you will see your blood pressure numbers come down with it. It may take a little bit of effort on your part in order to achieve this but any effort you put into it will be well worth it once you see your blood pressure numbers get closer to normal.
Lowering Your Blood Pressure with Celery As a matter of fact, most people would have no idea that they have a problem with their blood pressure unless they happen to have it checked and recognize the numbers are high. It is a good idea for you to make sure that you're checking your blood pressure regularly, even if you're not suffering from high blood pressure at this point. Even though these are not necessarily going to give you perfect numbers, they can be a general indication that you are dealing with hypertension and then you can begin to deal with the problem head on. One of the problems with blood pressure medicine is the fact that it dehydrates you. I'm not necessarily telling you that you should not take medicine. There are times when your blood pressure may be extremely high that medicine is the only thing that can save your life. What I am telling you, however, is that many people have been able to control their blood pressure and to do so naturally by just eating four stalks of celery a day. Celery has a chemical in it that helps with the blood and can lower your blood pressure considerably.
Although there may be other things that are necessary for you to do in order to lower your blood pressure, such as dieting and getting plenty of exercise, eating a few pieces of celery a day is a small price to pay in order to have blood pressure numbers that are in the normal range. Why not give it a try for yourself? You might be surprised to find that you are able to bring your numbers down naturally and keep them that way.
